Beat your Mental Issues with therapy

This week I started working on my original work project and researching what I want to further look into and turn into my original work. It started with looking into two different mental therapy which are light therapy and smells therapy. When first learning about these two, I thought about what if these two were combined into one prominent therapy and how it could help a patient with anxiety and depression attacks and breakdowns. I researched light and smell therapy and started looking at some primary colors to help with different mental attacks. I then studied if there was already a light therapy device and found out so far that there is an LED light therapy but only with white/yellow LED lights, nothing along the lines of actual colored LED lights. I then started looking into the different smells to calm people's panic attacks. I found many further studies and articles on other fragrances that help with different types of panic attacks. From there, I started deciding which lights and smells would best go with one another. Although I just started looking into all this, I feel a stable connection with this research. I do understand that I have a lot more research left to do, which is only the beginning, but I am excited to keep looking deeper and deeper into this project.
