The Start to my Final Work

This week I mainly focused on my final work. I am starting early because there is so much I want to do but such little time. I really just tal

ked with my APs, my Counselors, Coach Goff, and the leader of the NSH. By doing so, I am trying to put together a presentation for FISD to use for incoming freshmen. I want to touch on some essential things in the production, such as learning disabilities such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Mental Health issues. I feel as if many staff doesn’t know how to work or even teach kids with these problems with being introduced to stay in the box at such a young age, but for many of us who have learning disabilities, we are very much outside the box thinkers. I also wanted to touch on the fact that many of the kids in FISD more now than ever are having financial troubles, and for kids who need more help than what school is giving, tutoring is always an option but very pricey. I want to bring back NHS tutoring for hours for free tutoring, but hours for the NHS students; therefore, everyone wins. And lastly, I want to provide students with tips and tricks to survive high school and everything that comes with it, such as mental health, physical workload, and much more. I know I have an extended 13 or so weeks ahead of me, but I know that in the end, it will all be worth it.
